The MoreKash Listing Policy outlines the rules, standards, and requirements for all businesses and individuals who publish listings on the MoreKash Service Directory (“MoreKash,” “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”).
By creating, submitting, or maintaining a listing on MoreKash, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Eligibility for Listings

To be eligible for a listing on MoreKash, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and verifiable business or service information
Operate a legal business or service according to the laws of Ghana (or your operating region)
Hold all necessary licenses or permits, where applicable

MoreKash reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing at its discretion.

2. Accuracy of Information

Service Providers must ensure that all listing information is:

Truthful
Complete
Up to date
Not misleading

This includes:

Business name, address, and contact details
Service descriptions
Pricing (if included)
Operating hours
Images, logos, or promotional materials

False or deceptive listings will be removed without notice.

3. Prohibited Listings

The following types of listings are strictly prohibited on MoreKash:

3.1 Illegal Services

Any business or service that violates local, national, or international laws, including:

Fraudulent operations
Scams
Unlicensed medical or financial services
Illegal goods or controlled substances

3.2 Harmful or Unsafe Services

Content or businesses that may cause harm, abuse, or endanger users.

3.3 Misleading or Abusive Content

Listings containing:

False claims
Inflammatory or offensive language
Fake reviews
Plagiarized text or images

3.4 Adult or Explicit Services

Adult entertainment, escorting, or sexually explicit content is not allowed.

4. Images, Media & Branding Requirements

All uploaded media must:

Be original or properly licensed
Accurately represent the business or service
Be clear and professional
Does not contain nudity, violence, or offensive content

Logos or images that mimic other brands (for deception) are prohibited.

5. Listing Categories & Placement

MoreKash reserves the right to:

Assign or adjust categories
Modify keywords or tags
Correct misclassified listings

This ensures a more accurate and user-friendly directory.

6. Reviews & Ratings on Listings

Service Providers:

Must not post fake reviews
Must not request, pay for, or manipulate ratings
Must not retaliate against users for negative reviews

MoreKash may remove suspicious or abusive reviews.

7. Listing Updates & Maintenance

Providers must:

Regularly update business information
Remove outdated promotions or unavailable services
Respond to customer inquiries promptly (where applicable)

Inactive or outdated listings may be removed or hidden.

8. Premium Listings & Payments

Some listing features require payment.
By purchasing a premium listing, you agree that:

All fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
Non-payment may result in suspension of premium features
Pricing may be adjusted with prior notice

9. Violations & Enforcement

If a listing violates this policy, MoreKash may:

Issue warnings
Temporarily suspend the listing
Permanently remove the listing
Suspend or terminate the provider’s account

Severe violations may result in immediate removal.

10. Limitation of Liability

MoreKash:

Does not guarantee leads, sales, or performance
Is not involved in transactions between users and providers
Is not responsible for service quality, damages, or disputes

Providers are fully responsible for their service delivery.

11. Policy Updates

MoreKash may update this Listing Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
