MoreKash Service Directory – Agent Terms & Conditions

These Agent Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between MoreKash Service Directory (“MoreKash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who join as agents (“Agent,” “you,” or “your”). By becoming a MoreKash Agent, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Agent Eligibility

To qualify as a MoreKash Agent, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have basic digital literacy and access to a smartphone or computer

  • Reside in the territory where you intend to operate

  • Agree to comply with MoreKash policies, including Listing, Trust & Safety, and Privacy policies

2. Agent Responsibilities

Agents are expected to:

  • Assist businesses in creating, verifying, and updating listings on MoreKash

  • Promote the platform responsibly in their assigned territory

  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete

  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with businesses and users

  • Protect account credentials and sensitive information

3. Compensation & Commission

  • Agents earn commissions for successful business listings or leads generated.

  • Commission rates and payment schedules are determined by MoreKash and may vary by plan or campaign.

  • Payments are subject to verification and approval by MoreKash.

  • MoreKash reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

4. Account & Dashboard

  • Each Agent is provided a personal dashboard to track leads, listings, and earnings.

  • Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in their accounts.

  • Unauthorized access or sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct & Compliance

Agents must:

  • Follow all applicable local laws and regulations

  • Adhere to MoreKash’s Trust & Safety and Listing policies

  • Avoid misleading or deceptive practices

  • Do not engage in spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior

  • Report any violations or suspicious activity to MoreKash

6. Termination

MoreKash may suspend or terminate an Agent’s account and privileges if:

  • There is a breach of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or unethical conduct is detected

  • The agent repeatedly fails to meet responsibilities or performance standards

Termination may result in forfeiture of pending commissions at MoreKash’s discretion.

7. Confidentiality

Agents must maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Business and user information

  • Platform processes and pricing

  • Internal communications and documents

Disclosure of confidential information without authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MoreKash is not responsible for any disputes between Agents and businesses or users.

  • Agents operate independently and are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

  • MoreKash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from agent activities.

9. Modifications to Terms

MoreKash may update or amend these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on www.morekash.com/agent-terms.
Continuing as an Agent after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
